Senior Support Solutions is a company specializing in high quality, individually tailored eldercare services. We are a team of private geriatric care managers dedicated to issues related to the aging process. Our mission is to assist older adults and caregivers with the challenges associated with advancing years. We work hard to ensure that our clients' dignity is respected. Their safety is always a major priority.
We at Senior Support Solutions are available to provide a wide range of services to our clients in the Greater Boston area of Massachusetts. We begin with a comprehensive assessment, which allows us to understand the medical, social-emotional, and day-to-day functioning of our clients. As a result of the information we gather, an individualized and detailed care plan is created.
At your request, we at Senior Support Solutions can set the plan in motion. This can range from setting up a variety of services in the home, to choosing an appropriate alternative setting such as assisted living or nursing home. We are also available to provide ongoing monitoring of our clients' progress and to make adjustments in the care plan as needed. At anytime in this process we are available to do supportive counseling with any and all family members seeking assistance with issues that may arise.
