Employee Assistance Program
According to the National Family Caregivers Association, there are presently 25 million people across the country that are caregivers. Their survey findings report that the most difficult aspects of caregiving include inconsistent help from other family members, isolation, and loss of personal time. These individuals are constantly trying to balance their commitment between family and work life. Because they wear two hats, these employees are more likely to be distracted at work, need more frequent time off, and have unexpected absences. Chances are you have employees who face this conflict everyday.
